Meet EAGLE: CarbonEthics New Core Values

Greetings! 

In an effort to improve our organizational ethos and align it with our evolving mission, we've given ourselves a fresh perspective by updating our core values. Allow us to introduce you to our new set of guiding principles, packaged concisely in the acronym EAGLE: (E)mpowered, (A)gility, (G)rit, Mindfu(L)ness, and Int(E)grity.

Just like the world changes, we believe adapting and growing is essential. So, here are our new core values, EAGLE: 

(E)mpowered: Ability to proactively solve problems, driven by intelligence, curiosity and also competitiveness. Enabling us to tackle challenges with innovative solutions, make informed decisions, and achieve personal growth and success in their endeavors.

(A)gility: Ability to choose individual interaction over processes and tools, working product over comprehensive documentation, collaboration over negotiation, and responding to change over following a plan.

(G)rit: Ability to demonstrate persistence and commitment to achieve long-term goals, strive for excellence, and the ability to bounce back from setbacks with resilience.

Mindfu(L)ness: Ability to focus consciously present and pay close attention to their action and reaction while fostering self overness and embracing openness to diversity in the professional setting. 

Int(E)grity: Ability to consistently uphold a set of moral and ethical principles and one's actions, decisions, and interactions with their colleagues.
