Good morning, afternoon, and evening to everyone who are reading this whenever and wherever you are, I hope you have a wonderful day!! Today I would like to share one topic that we are very proud of and are working very hard to maintain and expand further, it is to employ more workers at our agriculture plants!
It might not sound like a something impressive, after all what company would not hire workers to work for them? However, Cambodian people face many problems of not being able find work in rural areas and some do not have land to do farming in which they will either must move to big cities or immigrate to find work abroad. This gives rise to issues such as no economics activities in the countryside, children without their parents or cannot go to school, and abused cases by the employers abroad. We at Royal Trust Trading committed to lessen the problem of emigration of our people through providing them the safety net of employment as well as reliable working environment which also include not separating from their love ones and live uncomfortably in the foreign land.
The image we share are some of the people who found employment through our company and many others and without them, our people would have to endure the lives of immigration and family separation. Therefore, we have high hope that the fund will aid in increasing our company capacity which further employ more people to work and contribute to the betterment of our people future.
