I hope everyone have a great day! Today instead of explaining to everyone on the ways and steps in caring for cashew trees, I would like to share with everyone on our recently training that we conducted with our contracted farmers as well as share with them about the plan of offering them 30% advance payment for their crops for the improvement of their lives.
First, we recently provided further training for our farmers on caring for their fields to be able to produce high yield and protect the soil from erosion for future planting as well which is a vital part of their livelihood for the future. However, no matter how well educated and knowledgeable or how much we empathize about the important of caring and providing future insight for the fields, the famers will not be able to grasp or care much about those future and knowledge if they must first focus on the present problems. Therefore, we have also proposed them the contract in which we will provide them 30% advance payment of their expected crop yield so that they can use the money to buy seeds, fertilizers.provide for their children to go to school and overall improving their livelihood for brighter future.
This 30% in advance payment is indispensable for our farmers whose goal is better quality lives and reduction of poverty as they will have to borrow from usurers, who can charge exorbitant interest rate, to pay for their expense and any amount received from selling crops will go to pay for their debt and more which only spiral down further and they might have to sell their land to pay the debt then go find work abroad and their children lost parents and cannot go to school
Our company strive to aid our struggling farmers as much as we can, however since our capital is limited, we can only provide the advance payment to a few most struggling families. Therefore, we believe the funding from Music Securities is a vital contribution to this cause to make up for our shortfall.

この30％の前払い金は、より質の高い生活と貧困削減を目標とする農民にとって不可欠なものである。なぜなら、農民は経費を支払うために法外な金利を取ることができる金融業者から借金をしなければならず、農作物を売って得た金額はすべて借金の返済に充てられ、さらに借金を返済するために土地を売らなければならなくなり、その後外国で仕事を探さなければならなくなり、子供たちは親を失い学校に行けなくなるといったスパイラルに陥るからである。
弊社は苦境にある農家をできる限り支援するよう努力しておりますが、弊社の資本には限りがあるため、最も苦境にある一部の農家にしか前払い金を提供することができません。そのため、ミュージックセキュリティーズからの資金提供は、不足分を補うために必要不可欠な貢献であると考えています。
